Theres a bug with this. I think its what Hard Socks said. Wielding some weapons or reloading causes stretched textures.

this mod does not work for me. have it enabled and not conflicting with another bill replacement but bill is just the default game bill

Pro: The only version that don't crashes when a hunter gets to him and has the original quality.
Con: The only problem is that the cape/arms glitches a bit when using certain SMGs/pistols

Aside from the first person view distorting when using custom weapons, it's a good mod. Just gotta fix it up a bit and it'll be perfect

It looks impressive, though if you make another Star Wars mod I'd like to see Emperor Palpatine. Nobody has ever done that, as far as I know and he'd fit Bill because he's got that geezer voice.
