It would be possible to remove or increase the crew limit from 16 to around 30, for example.

@Draconis Are you by any chance using the original mod called "No Role Balance"? Because the original mod had the issue you mentioned. This version does spawn a captain, mechanic and engineer in the Submarine Editor.

So in the Submarine Editor this doesn't spawn in any characters to the sub like vanilla, requiring you to spawn them in yourself. Would it be possible to adjust it to spawn one of each?

it would be immensely useful for certain sandbox gamemodes.
Currently there is NO workshop mod that does both, and the mods that exist are separate and incompatible. You can only have one or the other
