Fixed SP-R 208, with scope, not having the new muzzle flash and the MP7 now has a new muzzle flash model.

Added a new muzzle flash to the SP-R 208 and changed the location of the third-person model on the SP-R 208.

Nice job on this! The animations are amazing, they look just like the original, even if a bit shakier and with slight clipping issues. I did enjoy the fact that you could aim as if you had a canted sight! That's a feature that is very rare on other mods, so you're already ahead of the competition!
