@Seif Both. Some of them have been already in the game. I have given them new skins and new units, missions and other stuff for their factions. Some characters are brand new.

Does this mod add new characters to the game? or does it make them playable? I'm talking about the 27 new playable factions and their characters. Were those greek heroes already in the game and just nor playable?

@Norfindel There is a plague going on with Paphlagonians. It will become weaker with time. As for "lands of living" this is how CA has named situation where units are unable to replenish.

is there a reason the paphlagonians units are coming up as shades saying they cannot replenish in the land of the living or is this just a bug?

@KidouKenshi22 You can play it without DLC. Some factions (like from Thracian culture) will be missing some elements.

No they are just entering battle from the edge of the battle map, with nothing happening yet

IIRC they should berzerk only when under 50% morale. Do they start with some heavy morale penalties? (like a lot of routing units nearby? battle going very badly?)

No I don't but this scenario is easy to reproduce: organize any land battle with a reinforcements, and drop either Lykaia Wolf-Skins, or Lykaia Initiates to the reinforcing stack. (Make sure "Command large armies" option is active)
When the battle begins, and your reinforcements appear, those units will immediately go berserk and you won't be able to control them, even if they just appeared from the border of the map and haven't seen the enemy yet.

Hello!
Playing as Arkadians, there's something wrong with Lykaia Initiates unit. When they arrive as reinforcements they immediately become berserk even when they haven't initiated melee yet. It often leads to them being stuck, standing idle on the battlefield but out of control of the player.

Yeah about the confederation part, there was Mycenae that confederated with Salamis and the whole kingdom became Salamis, quite ironic for the Myceneans who were the ones supposedly to be in charge

Same situation in games 8 and 9.
I'm wondering, if it is possible to disable confederation of Major (vanilla) Greeks/Trojans at all? Please don't get me wrong! The mod is wonderful!
However, it feels so unnatural that Menelaus confederates the greatest fighter of all times, or when suddenly the colonizer Agamemnon decides that he'll be better under protection of Odysseus who can't even settle inland provinces properly...

Hard/Very Hard on Truth Behind the Myth.
1) Razing siren settlements with Penthesilea (with Scouts/Mounted Scouts) doesn't add sirens to the pool.
2) Some factions don't lose troops when take a razed settlement with their troops. (Not the Spartan colonization).
3) 7 games in a row, Greeks are overly aggressive vs Troyans. By Turn 20, Hector/Paris is usually dead, by Turn 40 they both are. Regardless of my starting faction.
Starting as Troyans or their allies helps a bit, as I'm becoming the frontline for endless waves of major and minor Greeks by turn 25.
4) Troy itself has some weird powers to clear up AI sieges. Once I saw ten 18-20 armies sieging and raidng Troy for several turns, and then while I didn't look, they were all cleared.
5) Major Greeks confederates others too easily. Regardless the other AI still have high strength. I'm not sure about confederations for Troyan AIs, as they die too fast.

I was surprised, that playing as Athens I got a real achievement (steam achievements) I thought it was just a modding faction not meant to have achievements.

@Herzog, Oh yeah I get this frustration, the amazons do the same thing, but because their roster is supposed to be archer and cav archer, while the Arcadians were proud warriors, they should be more infantry melee.

Maybe there are mods about it, because yeah its unplayable if they just do that, you ccan only turtling inside a citadel

Awesome mod!
I have fun for the first time in this game.
But I have on problem. I play as Nestor and fight vs the Arcadians. They spam bowmans alot and I never have any chances to get a victory in autoresolve, even I outnumber them by far.
Is it possible to use this mod whith a better ai-armycomposition mod. Is this autoresolve a thing from this mod?

Dude, this is amazing! Its a super good work you did! I started play with the Myceneans and Salamis before this mod, it was interesting, then with this mod I started to play as Athens and it feels like this faction is part of the vanilla or dlc!.

Everything is perfect. I just hoped to see more Heavy or Elite Warriors for Sparta and the Dorian Greeks with exposed torso, as the Heraklidai claimed ancestry of Herakles, they would had fought like him (the way he fought the Iberian Tartessian Warrior; Geryion)

Small update:
- All new factions have now vanilla mythic armies quest (to defeat early game griffin, cerberus, hydra armies).
- In Gorgons questline spartoi are now replaced with new petrified warriors units.

Nice! NEW UPDATE! I just want to ask: Is there a way to remove the improvement that makes the AI choose better units when recruiting? It made the game a little too difficult to me :(

@Jonesa22 Thanks. Thrakes will be next with Polymestor. Story-wise we will be making a Thrako-Scythian faction, where we have Thracian warlord using Scythians to quash any opposition.
