Does the mod still work, it didnt show up in my game (the game is a preexisting one, not a new one)

The odds of declaring galactic political victory and peace in our time only to immediately have some ancient entity hell bent on consuming or ending your galaxy right after is way to keno

I find it funny that a galactic community can just summon a crisis out of the blue. Just thinking that galactic politics and plain ol bureaucracy is what triggers all for it to end.

But it'd be funnier if AI empires could also vote depending on their personalities.

Will this still work if I disable crisis in the settings? In a way I want this to be the ONLY way to spawn one.

Honestly this is a very smart, and awesome idea. Should be vanilla. Bravo.

Surely nothing will go wrong. Right?

Great for multiplayer games, this is what I've been looking for.

Will there be other types in the future?:steamhappy: (ex. Heaven Wars/gray fleet/let a certain ai "Become the Crisis"/Great Khan...)

@Baka Racker Ha. I did think about making the AI more willing to vote for the resolution the later into endgame you get, but decided to keep it simple for now.

This mod will only ever trigger one crisis (then the resolution disappears), but it won't prevent other mods from triggering more. Generally, it shouldn't break any other mods as no vanilla content is modified or overwritten, it just adds more things.

However, mods that add new types of crisis won't be triggered by this mod. It only works with the standard three.

This is a really funny idea, I love it

@Livnthedream "Just use console commands." Or maybe just don't subscribe to it if you don't need it, and try not bitching about someone making a mod that others might want.

@RandomTask I think a version where the AI can and definitely will both propose and vote for it would be hilarious. Pointless, but hilarious. Also, I'm guessing this might conflict with mods that allow more than one crisis to occur?

There's also no console commands in multiplayer. It can take 8 hours to go 100 years and people often don't want to wait around an extra 50-100 years for RNG to bring the crisis. This gives a way for players to vote to trigger it early.

modded ironman player here

Just use console commands. It seems unlikely that you are using mods *and* on Ironman.
