Can you make Utility Items invisible from the config menu instead of assigning a blank mesh to each individual Utility Item?

Ugh sorry about that, it's a remnant of my testing procedure. I've uploaded a fix, unsub/resub to the mod to make sure it updates.

not sure why or how this is happening, but after installing this mod mid-campaign, my soldiers now have five available utility slots, including my spark units who previously had zero. previously my soldiers had three available utility slots. I didn't install anything else or make any ini configurations, either, so I'm not sure what the culprit is if not this.
