Maybe also an Alexander the Great style trait that makes them very OP but die young?
Not sure about the death and pregancy part. I'll look into it for the next update, though I suspect that theres not a lot I can do without massivly changing these events.
I might add some additional options soon-ish where you can remove all lucky traits, assign them randomly again and potentially have them handed out at the start of every century or so.
I pass the lucky trait out like candy among turkic tribes... give 'em a few claims... voila!
