@Rodrigo_UT ooh i did it manually, sorted by duration. then dubbled everything with the same duration at the same time. If there is an easier way, then i don't know it :/

Did you edit all the spells manually, or is there a table that does it automatically ?
I'm looking for an "easy" way to balance spells in unit size mods. If you could give me an idea, I would appreciate it.

Pilum I noticed Ashstorm and the MD/LD debuff remain unchanged for Lore of Hashut. Do you plan on updating this?

It would be great if the magic cost was upped a bit too which would balance it a little and just make it so there's not so much micromanage click hell to face

the active time of the spell is increased, and yes you can't cast it whioe it is active. The cool down after the effect is not increased

Now that you mention it i didnt actually notice that.
I guess it does balance it out a bit since the spells last for over a minute, makes you think more when to cast em

when you increase the buff duration, doesn't it also increase its cool down by the same amount? how do you cast unit buff spells on multiple units?

I think in sfo plague of rust is permanent till you recast it on someone else which is a neat idea

yiunko, thats a cool idea. i had thought about it but a friend said it is to op. but yes, i will make one. and its not like you can cast a buff spell again on a new target if its allready active.

Would you consider making a version that makes buffs last the entire battle? It would really make us choose which unit is gonna make a difference and commit.

Also does this affect runes from dwarfs?

Do you think you would be able to make a mod like this for some of the activated abilities? You know, the ones that last about 15 seconds and you get to watch your character swing, miss and do a 360 achieving absolutely nothing. It would probably be more work though since ability duration isn't universally terrible and a blanket 2x increase might screw with the balancing.

Nice, this is exactly what buff spells need to make them competitive. otherwise I just hoard all the winds of magic for damage spells.

This is what most buff spells need. IMO net shouldn't have a longer duration though, especially double. Otherwise, this is great

Honestly this is what many people including warhammer tubers have been saying for a while. That buff spells need a longer duration to be truly viable so thank you for this.
