@NightOwl I have created a example build to show how this works.

But to answer your question, when saving in color, the memory bank must be placed on a track that moves the bank out of the viewers FoV, color photo's work only because monitors do not update when out of FoV but still display there last frame, the controller is able to do everything needed, it moves the banks out of FoV and starts a timer, it should save right after the bank exits FoV, but if you look at the bank, it will ruin the photo and go back to 1 bit like quality
