Only crashes if you're not running RoG. This is a RoG only mod.

should have read the comments before i downloaded this, normally i do. but yea this mod keeps crashing the game. Maxwell wont even appear when starting a new game you will just lie there frozen ont he ground

This would be a sufficent hunger survival perk so you can kill catcoons without endangerment in that area.
