- On other trucks "in place" and everything seems to be fine. So: "above the screen of the navigator on the panel" - the meaning of adding it is lost. But, of course, I understand that you decided to do so after research.

Yes, that's because if it rains you wouldn't be able to see the GPS

It's the Freightliner 2021 Cascadia. It was included in a previous SCS update.

I don't recongise the truck name so likely i've forgot
But don't worry. I'll revisit the mod and fix everything i'm not happy with

It's part of the new update for 1.46
Go to settings > Controls > Infotainment Display Mode
Set a key for it

Press that key in game, you can turn off your trucks GPS

UPDATE! On my Mack Anthem where your mod didn't work after the update: I sold the truck and repurchased it and now the mod works, but the dashboard GPS is there too, just like before and I see no way to turn it off. On the Freightliner Cascadia (which never used the mod) the mod does not show in the accessories for the windshield, only cell phone gps and portable gps. Any ideas?

Maybe it doesn't work with the new Cascadia?

I unsub and resub, installed (mod active) but it still does not show up. I select interior accessories and before it showed as "left corner windshield", but now there it nothing????

So, SCS has indeed changed the code for GPS causing the problem (The GPS was still there my side)

Looks like the mod is not compatible with 1.46. I tried to install it on a new truck and it doesn't show up. Also, I don't see any option to disable the dashboard GPS. I hope I'm just missing something as I really like you mod and you can advise how to get it working.

Well looks like the update messed everything up. Now I have no display on the nav screen or the windshield except for the speed limit....no roads. Any ideas?

The next update for ETS2/ATS (1.46) allows you to disable the Dashboard GPS while keeping the GPS on the window enabled

Cal, I really like this mod, thanks for you great work. For Tristen L and Zoey: I also find the dash GPS distracting, but this mod is a image copy of the dash GPS. My son has a HUD in his car and it shows exactly what we are looking for: the speed, navigation, etc. and it is awesome. If the Devs. or someone could come up with a true HUD it would be cool.

Not without other mods sorry. You would need to find a mod that replaces the built in GPS. Maybe like with another screen

Is it possible to disable the in in dash gps screen but keep the holpgram hud visible? Using the keybind to change the map mode of the trucks built in gps screen, it effects both.
Love the mod btw, love how it shows further ahead with the vertical orientation.

well i think everybody know that we need to unable it via mod manager in game but I guess ill mention it in the futur. Ill check later in the shop and keep you upadted thanks

Like all mods that add items to the game, you need to select the item in the game.
The same you do when you buy DLC packs etc, If you want the modification on your truck. You have to add it.

And I wanted you to tell me everything you've, Example "I enabled the mod in manager, loaded my game and the mod wasn't there". From that I would've been able to ask did you go into the Truck Shop and add the mod to your truck

well it doesnt work what do you want me to tell you? youre telling me i havent added it to my truck so we need to buy it a store? If so it would be nice if you could note it down. Im not new on this game ive played with multiple mods I know how to enable one xD

As you still haven't provided much context and it's not self explanatory. Sounds like you just haven't enabled the mod or added it to your truck.

pretty self explanatory, my friend and I installed the mod (via workshop). Hop in a game using a base ATS truck, with or without a gps marker and it just doesnt work. Maybe its just for offline mode ? maybe something we need to setup? @

Why have this hologram on the windshield when it is right there on the dash. Its cool but 2 of them isn't. If you could turn the dash one off would even be cooler. Just curious.
