So I'll just assume that by "rms ]land ship thing" you mean the RMS Lancastia.
Now, if that's the case, couldn't you write a comment on the steam workshop page of the Lancastia, and state what exactly needs to be fixed?
I mean, they're watertight doors from pretty much the same time period, so yea they're obviously going to look similar. But the one you and Gladius made is also pretty good, I kinda like the red blinking light, even though I'm not sure if it's that accurate to real watertight doors from that time.

Idk how I would implement those honestly, like should I connect a generator to it which connects to a battery? Idk what to do, and I have more important stuff to do right now, if you have any suggestions for that please tell me.

Yea they're basically a copy of Titanic's watertight doors.
You can now close AND open the vertical closing bulkheads manually.
