It will probably work. But the developer has never made it work in a 1.12 environment. You will know if it works correctly when you subscribe and enable it yourself.

We would like to implement this in the future, but due to limitations on the game side, the code to change the color (cosmetic_tag) and the code to change the country name and flag (cosmetic_tag) cannot be overwritten, so we are currently putting this off.
