It's a good base. But *not* so simple to clear. An area this close to Louisville has generally higher zombie population. And there is a generous amount of zombies in the areas that surround this place. If you set off an alarm, there will be hundreds. At higher populations, perhaps thousands.
Not recommended as a first base, but a location you eventually clear, and move into to make into a base down the line. Good luck!
I understand that this may conflict with the "safe haven" that the mod claims. But I think it's fine like this.

i originally developed this mod for me and my friends but since my friends liked it so much i decided to publish it too.
but keep in mind that these are two fairly OP bases and should be seen more as an engame base or as a community hub.
