These look amazing, however they're very bright in comparison to other props, is there any chance of a less bright version release?

@Pembow: very big mystery....
I just updated the 4 items by recreating them from the "bench" vanilla model
the problem persists, and only benches "b" and "c" are visible in the "accessories" menu,
I just don't understand !!
for the other ones, you need to use "the find" it mode...

Great street furniture.

And you can use this handy seat marker prop in the Asset Editor to make these functional to get people to sit where you wish:

Or use the park version in-game by positioning these assets with Move-It over the seat marker:
