It has that early item vibe from 2012-2014, pretty simplistic. In fact is almost looks like it's part of an item set that boosted your stats if you had the hat equipped (pay to win eww)

It's a pretty okay hat! I think it looks best when painted in the team spirit paint though.

I wish we had a cosmetic paint of the default color though that looks really nice.
