When I recruit a MK2 Thunderbarge it is glitchy in Battle map. The hull of the ship keeps spinning, also it uses the vanilla Thunderbarge model. Should this not be used with Malakai's campaign?

there should be a mod that gives Thunderbarge MK2 to The Empire (Malakai works as a lector in Nuln University of gunnery) MK2 should be Imperial Thunderbarge version.

Help is needed. Malakai does not appear for me after the release of version 5 of the game. There is a thunder barge, but Malakai is not. I tried everything: restarted and reinstalled. And there isn't even a quest to access Malakai.

After some careful meditation, followed by a flawless brainstorming process, I am proud to present my suggestion here for players in all these scenarios (@lore police, please close your eyes now and quickly change the Workshop page!)

Instead of turning off the hero Malakai from spawning via MCT, consider that you could (whenever the lore police patrols are not looking!) click the "Rename" icon on the hero's character screen to give him another name. (Malakai has a twin brother but they haven't seen each other in a long time worked well for my simple, shameless imagination....)

@authors Given that the MKII version of the barge can be considered still superior to what CA's team of professionals cooked up, I think this mod absolutely makes sense to be turned on in

- Dawi campaigns - You want to be able to construct the unit, you probably want the massively missile units boosting hero Malakai too

- Empire / Bretonnia / Kislev / Cathay campaigns (You prob want the hero as he can mow down 200+ troops of the opponent if he can get in a good spot on the battlefield, plus buff missile units - and you probably don't care as much about 2x Malakai (1 LL / 1 hero), as much as when you're playing a Dawi faction

Well, it honors you that you're so absolutely polite, respectful and loving towards CA here, but pretty much EVERY SINGLE THING that was part of the last PAID DLC had already been implemented in some shape or form (and in some cases in superior form) by modders before, no?

@RavenTNT - negative, the Dwarf Thunderbarge predates both this mod and the version CA did - CA simply chose to do the Tabletop version while this mod did Age of Reckoning version

planning on making edits now that we got thunderbarge assets in teh game like cannons that can shoot to the sides and under it like on the normal and not just forward, because i feel the new CA thunderbarge got an edge in that department as its cannons can shoot down and wider with 2 of them as well?

Hey, do you think you could increase the speed of the MKII slightly. As of right now, it's damn near impossible to catch even the slowest of units, to drop bombs on them, and the ship gets shot down before it can really do any damage.

Also, can the side cannons actually fire independetly now, considering the technology just released with the thunderbarge, or are the side cannons still just for the broad side ability?

Damn, I remember when you first released this I thought this felt like actual CA work in all respects, but the balance, since I thought this way to OP to feel like official content.

Que to the official thunderbarge's release and OH BOY! The thunderbarge CA just dropped makes the release version of this mod feel like a toy in comparison. Its crazy that such a wildly OP unit actually released as official content :steammocking:
