Paladin will stay locked. If you want them that bad try to reimplement then for yourself.

Silver Helm units should be more elite than Highborn units, but the Highborn more elite than the standard.
It's not that simple to balance tier levels within a unit category.

Also, any reason why the 'Highborn Spearmen' are so much worse than the 'Silverhelm Spearmen' or am I just missing something with techs/buffs?

Excellent mod! Any chance we can get the dismounted paladins added back in? I don't understand the criticism of that unit.. or possibly a submod that adds them?

red would it be possible to make ur dismounted silverhelms benefit from the tironoc eldyra in ur lord pack silver helm unit buffs?

I tested it after the patch and the hotfix. The patch cause an issue, yes. But with the LATEST hotfix all works fine again.

Yes, the game crashes as soon as I turn off the mod, the game works, everything worked fine before the game update!! Thanks for the mod!!

Thanks for the reply, but just in case an official statement from my side:

Due to CA's latest patch there seems to be an issue with files written in caps.
This can vary from mod crashes to single models/textures not loading...
Since I have a handful of mods, I can't go through them and check/ fix this.
So I ask you for patience, CA is aware of the problem and is working on a hotfix.

nevermind, once i got into the game i saw CA has a 6.1/mod break message up regarding upper case lettering... presuming in a few days this crash will sort itself out.

Hey Red Dragon, you have awesome mods for WH so thank you for the work. I seem to be having an issue with this one though and the 6.1 patch, seems like the sisters pack works but this one is crashing out before starting. I've resubbed but past that i don't know what else to try or if indeed the mod needs something fixed.

seems a few mods were affected by this patch, this is the only one of your mods that i've noticed crashing on me. the other ones seem to be fine.

You don't have to repost...I read all my comments but well don't answer to those out of question.
See the mod is created that way on purpose, if you don't like something either don't use the units or learn to remove them in the files for yourself - many users start learn modding just for tinkering a bit around.

I like the mod, but I don't really use the HIGHBORNS as much as i used to, plus I like and use the White Lion Company and Guard if Lothern units more. Is there a way you can or would split up the units in their own mods?

I like the mod, but I don't really use the HIGHBORNS as much as i used to, plus I like and use the White Lion Company units more. I always assign them to Alistar and Korhil along with the other White Lion units.

de-sub to mod, start your game (main menu), end game, sub to mod again.

Only this mod is enabled.

Uh dont worry about doing another update. Just figured out that because I did some personal changed on rpfm for this mod, it kept those same changes since 2 or more updates ago lol. Otherwise, thanks heaps for your help and work on this mod.

I resubscribed and did a few more tests but its still saying that this mod is the reason for the crash:

This unit is removed from the roster but still I'm the files.
Seems that the new system of showing which units are effected by effects shows unavailable units too.

First of really good. I like the units. Fleshles out the roster.
One question though. I may be blind, but for one of the custom lords I run, they buff a unit called dismounted elves paladins. I can find building chain for regular elven paladins, but not the dismounted variant, nor can I see it in the unit page. I can find everything else, except that one. Is there a special requirement for it, or is it perhaps not active or bugged? Idk. I am assuming this is part of your mod, as the card art is very similar, if I am wrong my mistake.

Thank you for the detailed feedback.

I pushed a small qulaity of life update to target the mentioned things + did a few things from my list: tier levels, attributes, ground stat effects for the white lion units etc.

Should be all in all savegame compatible and not causing any issues.

There is one thing that would be great if you get chance in the future, which would just be to correct the unit card details (wording at top of unit card)

Guard of Lothern (Swords) for example have the same description as the spear version (states charge defence against all, anti-large, AP, (none of which it has).

Looks likely that you copied the info across from the other unit variants and forgot to tweak.

The 'White lion spear company' - do not have the usual missile resistance others have.

Other wording issues I spotted are below:
White lions sword company - states AP but they are not (normal white lions are so likely info copy)
Highborn swordsmen - states AP but they are not
Silverhelm soldiers (Sword) - states AP but they are not

Far from necessary changes, but would be great if you get chance some time.
