It's intended as a Restricted tier item, it wouldn't make sense to see this outside of full moons

So it would fall under the same rules as Corpse Carrier ideally

Would this mess with Snipers? I feel like from a distance this would be harder to determine where Soldier's head is. The other version doesn't seem to have this problem that much.
