update?
Oblivious  [author] 15 Jul, 2023 @ 6:10pm
@Sumimasen Wibu Desu Both of my mods are not meant to be compatible since they edit the same files, it should be either one or the other. I thought i had put that in the description I'll update now.
Kang 15 Jul, 2023 @ 6:01pm
So i found a weird problem, i was starting new khorne champaign with 3 ai mods, 2 of yours and 1 is hecleas ultra aggressive ai,on legendary
1st champaign i always crash whenever i end turn , around 20 first turn, and i thought its corrupted save file
So i start a new champaign, it happen again.i start to turn off my mods 1 by 1.turn out this mod caused the crash, only if i enable this mod with the hecleas mod or enabling both of your mod together without hecleas, your other mod works fine with hecleas ai mod
I just wanna let you know, not complaining.this is a great mod, i can feel the threatens even from early champaign, thank you for your hard work.

was lvl 29 actually, but still
Der Weihnachtsmann 18 Apr, 2023 @ 1:47pm
does this mod potentially increase ai lord exp gain by insane amounts?
Met lvl 39 Taurox at turn 10.

Does this mod need an update?
[SBL]Beelzebub 20 Oct, 2022 @ 3:00pm
thank you good sir, will check it out
Oblivious  [author] 19 Oct, 2022 @ 3:37pm
@[SBL]Beelzebub Yes it's a little higher than what CA changed it to with the last patch (which is still lower than what this mod was pre-patch)

I personally use my other mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2856607755 As it also increases the AI army aggression and gives their units XP
[SBL]Beelzebub 19 Oct, 2022 @ 3:30pm
Does this mod increase potential beyond new faction potential values? before you said it boosted to where it should of been but now CA has patched that and increased potential levels.
To restate: will playing with this mod on legendary on this patch be harder than using this mod on legendary on last patch?
LaundryMaster 18 Oct, 2022 @ 9:39am
does this need an update?
Oblivious  [author] 20 Sep, 2022 @ 2:16am
@puffadder You can get the default faction_potential_categories_tables and change the base value of the factions you want. If they're not in there you have to look up their name and add them in
puffadder 20 Sep, 2022 @ 1:41am
Is there any way to modify this value for individual factions? I'd like to bump up the strength of Order factions specifically since I think chaos factions are too easy now.
dcmiffitt 9 Sep, 2022 @ 8:20pm
gotcha, thanks for the quick reply
Oblivious  [author] 9 Sep, 2022 @ 4:16pm
@dcmiffit , My only experience has been with norscan vassals as WOC, and they normally don't too much, instead sit around and occasionally attack or occupy nearby ruins. The mod does raise their potential so they will probably grow their settlements faster and be able to afford another army than normal
dcmiffitt 9 Sep, 2022 @ 3:42pm
great mod! question for you: how do player vassals interact with 'potential'? i noticed in my valkia campaign that my vassals were rolling over major factions without my help, and i'm unsure if that's intended or not

I tried this mod and it really works, thanks
Havana [BE] 7 Sep, 2022 @ 3:55am
Hi is this compatible with Smart Ai mod by Hecleas ?
Melo 4 Sep, 2022 @ 5:03pm
Tried this with a Slaanesh campaign and for some reason, all of the AI major factions are doing abysmally. Did you make the faction potential for minor factions the same as major ones?

Wahs the Effect on "Hard?"
Jamaly 31 Aug, 2022 @ 4:08pm
Works like a charm. Thank you! This was much needed, I was already getting bored of the incredibly easy difficulty across the board.

Completely necessary for a fun Belakor campaign.
trzcinam2 29 Aug, 2022 @ 10:58pm
I have to try this mod! Thank you for it. My biggest gripe with AI right now is the fact that they stay underdeveloped and on turn 70, it still doesn't have any T5 settlements.

Would greatly appreciate information on how much these buffs affects AI with the mod because 120 growth seems like quite a lot. Vanilla is T6 at turn ~80, so at what point would that happen in a campaign with this mod? Thank you in advance for any information! :)
Zeyna 29 Aug, 2022 @ 9:46pm
Made the game so much more enjoyable you wouldnt believe
madracc00n 29 Aug, 2022 @ 5:08pm
Does it work in multiplayer?Thx.
VirtualFuN 29 Aug, 2022 @ 7:38am
I agree. Vanilla is too easy
Oblivious  [author] 29 Aug, 2022 @ 3:38am
@NotLuckyAtAll In my experience they will be more aggressive simply because they have more armies. The growth bonus also allows them to get t4 and t5 relatively sooner which gives them access to better units. They will still run away if their armies are weaker which happens often i have another mod for that but not uploaded.
Ghastly 29 Aug, 2022 @ 1:45am
Does this mod make the AI more aggressive, run less often, and recruit better armies, or does the economic boosts it receives only make it recruit more armies, but they still consist of tier 1 and 2 units and are still passive?
LaundryMaster 29 Aug, 2022 @ 1:01am
this mod is great, finally made very hard difficulty feel like a challenge. without this i probably would have already stopped playing as the vanilla wh3 is way too easy.

Answering my own question:
Yes, The AI does level past t3 properly with this mod. Huge improvement to current IE experience.
Stubby 28 Aug, 2022 @ 1:57am
Awesome, thanks for this mate, the AI is driving me insane at the moment. Echoing previous comments in that I hope this fixes the Tier 3 settlement bug too as that is massively hindering the AI's strength currently.
Working Joe 27 Aug, 2022 @ 9:57pm
Thank you for making this!
Myself 27 Aug, 2022 @ 9:22am
Does this fix AI not upgrading past t3 in IE atm?

lso I think this is actually did the trick for me thank you for putting this together the ai seems appropriately aggressive now. I was playing miao and I was down because no one was pressing or anything even when I had no armies and that was around turn 90 (VH/H) and at war with everyone around me. I tried the other aggressive mods but those didn't seem to do much and I was also afraid they were changing to much. I just downloaded this and tried testing miao on (L/VH out again (i was trying to see if anything would happen if I just didnt do anything like in my 90 turn capaign before this mod) and the rebel ai that you start at war raised multiple armies and pressed me and ended my game. TLTR: thank you I think its working (hopefully CA patches this potential situation in the future)
carsonox 26 Aug, 2022 @ 1:03pm
so does this apply the potential for the ai on all difficulties or do I need to select legendary?
VideoJames 26 Aug, 2022 @ 8:00am
Thanks for this, going to give it a shot! I've noticed the combo of the AI making no armies along with them being cowardly has been making my campaigns very boring, hoping this helps!
Kark-Jocke 25 Aug, 2022 @ 1:44am
:eagleangry: No more excuses to run away AI, this is war! :eaglegag:
