@Spiral No it's not because R56 has new states and they change a lot of stuff about formables. This mod replaces vanilla decision file with its own where requirements are removed

@some British guy I dont want to change anything except decisions. You can check out "dragons flag rework", HRE flag looks better with it but it changes alot of other stuff

@hahyrov changed only those formables that are in "formable nations" decisions file. I can try to make Pan-Slavic union as well, although im not sure whether this will cause some compatibility issues with other mods, i wanted to keep it as plain vanilla as possible

well disabling this mod fixes the problem, and the problem exists when I re-enable the mod - so I guess I just won't be using this one

@Krieger1214 true. Even the game-wise (not looking at history) its very dumb to block the possibility of creating a formable nation because of some stupid conditions.

idk why the EU isnt formable by communists, they were some of the highest supporters of a western European state..and should be a formable for napoleonic france as a cool refrence to napoleon remarking "Europe thus divided into nationalities freely formed and free internally, peace between States would have become easier: the United States of Europe would become a possibility"
