I got it working. had to do some serious damage to get him there.

I'll do some more testing on my end. I have it on a luchador. I'll clip it on twitch when we play tonight.

Hmmm...I didn't forget to put a damage flag on it, and the end of the opponent's FORM is "P 00100".
I wonder what could be causing this?

nah, I used it a few times as a big grapple in a few PvP matches. They get up quick, no groggy state. :(

In the gif animation on this page, the opponent is standing immediately, but in the game, the opponent remains down.

This is pretty cool. Do you have a version where the opponent will stay down instead of popping back up? That would be awesome as well.
