Hello there, sorry for late response, but thanks for your feedback. I have created a version of the mod that reverts Fortifying Vapour back to only targeting a single hero, but still cures bleed & blight, if it's of your liking and preference.

Nice! Though Fortifying Vapours curing all party is OP imo.
