No worries, lol. As is, this is pretty damn great.

After playing with it a bunch, the fly speed is too fast; it's pretty much a teleport right now. Maybe the flight speed, like distance, could be influenced by sensitivity, though perhaps with a capped min/max to avoid going no where or flying faster than light lol.

If you were looking for another power that might be easier to implement—and fits with The Matrix theme—it could be the ability to "Awaken" psycasting in other pawns, freeing their mind, if you will. Maybe even adding a degree of Psychic Sensitivity to them as part of the process. I'd imagine this would be the capstone of the Anomaly Tree.

I'm sorry if this disappoints anyone, but at this point I don't think that two shown abilities will be added. Next update will greatly rebalance things and I guess that I learned my lesson not to show wip stuff :) Tho, there is still possibility that content updates are coming (optional anomaly trait seems like a good idea also for balancing purposes) Cheers!

Haven't tried yet, but curious: is Psychic Flight limited to 8 tiles or scaling based on Sensitivity? If it's static, would you consider making it such that the range scales? Cheers

@.bambi like I said, I use default autocasting functions so it won’t work unfortunately :/ but if VPE will receive a fix, then this mod will also be fixed in that matter

@Ushankas From a thread in the psycast mod, the mod author says
"Autocasting replaces the pawn's attack with the psycast if enabled. So it doesn't work at all on anything that target's allies or self. There are plans to fix that, but it's a lot of work."

So seems like the matrix psycasts wont autocast at all. Unless you've had different results?

@Ushankas Thanks. Might not even be a problem with the mod. Might just be a random conflict in my 400 mods lol. I'll do some tests myself and see if other psycasts autocast.

@.bambi this mod uses VPE autocasting functions. I am not sure how they work, but I changed nothing in them so they should work just fine. But even so, I will look into it

What's the specifics for autocasting the skills? My pawn doesn't seem to autocast any of the matrix skills when drafted. And yes, they are set to autocast.

- Uploaded descriptions corrected by CatLover366.

Two abilities are still being worked on, but it is much harder then I anticipated. Also, I'm working on a new big mod and it is taking a big chunk of time, so the progress on Matrix Rimloaded is slower. Even so, I hope that the abilities will be ready soon.

I'm back, I gotta tell you once again that you're an absolute legend. weirdly, despite the less clear "theme" (besides the obvious) than the vanilla expanded trees (meaning there's a mix of utility combat and what I'd call 'other' that doesn't lend to just one specialty), when a pawn has a lot of these psycasts, they end up feeling very cohesively badass. wish I had a dozen mods like this one!

I can't add this to a save until the last 2 abilities are finished. I'm too afraid to corrupt that save due to incomplete abilities. But this mod is too cool not to sub to it. Looking forward to the final 2 powers!

Glad to see people still like the Matrix out there, given there was only one good movie. (Okay 2 was pretty good too...)

It's also super cool seeing vanilla psycasts enabling further modding, i'll give this a try on a playthrough :)

@Victor do you know anyway to zoom in on the steam client without copy and pasting the web browser link? ctl+ and ctrl zoom do not work and google ain't exactly helpful.
(Seriously the most helpful information wasn't steam settings, it was console commands)

It's pretty important to have readable tooltips like VE Psycasts does as you often will be referencing them a lot in game since they provide more information than in game especially when you cannot view the psycasts unless you spend a whole point on just unlocking the tree to simply view some of the limited in game information. (neural heat gain, psyfocus cost, and etc are not exactly present when viewing it in the psycaster talents ui)

Until someone fixes that issue in the VE framework with the ui, this mod that uses that same framework will have similar issues. And that includes the necessary infographics so don't be so dismissive to problems that aren't your own.
