Hilarious! Waaaay overpowered (somehow) though. Could stand a bit more weight. I managed to make a floatplane out of it sort of, though taking off from the water is a bit of a production and takes a few tries.

Oh, your taxi steering is jacked. Both wheels turn the opposite way so instead of turning you just kind of stop. The left wheel needs to be on a number inverter.

Final note, 'collective' isn't really the proper term, that's something used for helicopters because it affects more than blade angle. In the case of a plane, it's called propeller pitch, and the system is called a variable-pitch propeller.
