its definitely some kind of mod conflict since it only costs 400 ish for 3 diplo to get non aggression as drycha with templehof, though im not sure which of those mod would touch the deal evaluation table, it doesnt seem like any of them should. if you want to find out which it is you should disable half of them, test it, if it doesn't work disable half again retest etc until you get down to the mod you need enabled to break it

I was playing Drycha and tried to pay Templehof for a non-aggression pact (since they beat Sylvania somehow).
The mods I am using:
-MCT
-Tabletop Caps
-Improved Item Fusion
-Dwarf Thunderbarge
-Better Camera Mod
-Less Faction Restricted Items
-Magic Item Drop Chance +100%
and No Supply Lines
I dont know if they affect your Mod in any way

what WE faction was it? and what was the deal you were trying to pay off?

Doesnt seem to work for WE. AI still asking for 10k for a +2 Diplo

its working for me so its likely a mod conflict, try again with no other mods activated and see if it still doesnt work
