for some reason frye clothing is white instead of yellow. I have all of the textures, but nothing is working. is their a way to fix this?

I have a problem they all have white tentacles. They aren't in their actual colors.

I have the same issue as below and I can't figure out why. I have the requisite addon and TF2 installed (plus mounted) yet Shiver has squares in their eyes. The texture is there, it's correctly coloured, there's simply a grid-like overlay on it.
