@Spartak: A no helmet version might not be possible or at least not a very good one I think, because his head is actually not a real full head as model. Since he's wearing a helmet on the vanilla game, the back of the head is like a smashed potato, because you dont see it anyway ;) For that I have to mix different assets to create a full head so to say. I might give it a try.
I've seen the mod but not in detail. I've checked the screenshots, but couldn't see a Karl Franz version. Can you help me out with a screenshot or anything to understand what your request is?
Or in another fashion, please check that Millenium: Modern Warfare mod, something in that style for Karl Franz, modernizing his figure a bit... but no rush, take your time, cheers and many thanks bro
@ZENON: Technically this would be possible, but as far as I know this would take a lot time, since you have to resize every single model in the game manually. Also the animations might be very washed up since they are in the first place for the vanilla sized units. Short to say: I gladly read requests, especially for skins, but I cant provide anything for you right now. I'm sorry.

- Fixed some minor clipping issue with the cape and his shoulder pad + sash. Now it looks way smoother that the sash/cape is just going under the pad, instead of clipping through.
- Replaced screenshots to show the current model.

- The clipping model on the campaign map is fixed. Now the model is looking fine. If you still see anything, please let me know.

@Yet For Hire Can you tell me where the clippin is? If you mean on the campaign map, that's a thing I'm already on. Ingame it should be fine, but if I missed something, please let me know the details so I can take a look.
@Kochie the Deathless To be honest, I'm not sure what you're meaning with that. On the back is nothing individual, just a part of the "golden mohawk" which is not a visor or bascinet. He has a customized visor which I created manually from a Reiksguard helmet.
@Moonrise Right now this is not planned, but I might do a black version in the future. Since modding is completely new to me, texturing is another milestone I want to learn. For now the Unit Cards and possible bug/clipping fixes are prioritized. If you skilled with texturing models, we might find a solution earlier.
