Yeah there have been some significant shader changes, and I've not fixed this up yet, was too busy updating Gigastructures

Probably - I didn't do anything particular to make them spawn or prevent them from spawning, but they'd likely be subject to the same general attempt to prevent the same portrait appearing several times that the game does for all portraits.

Will these show up as randomly generated empires? It would be awkward if I rode into battle as one bee-people and discover a nearly identical one on the other side of the galaxy.
