Press F to pay respects
However, our Architecture&Specification team has been working tirelessly on a major overhaul of the mod's structure and compile process, as outlined in RFC PR #: settlement-single-cp/rfcs#1488. This update will not only resolve the compatibility issue with SWO-RD Siege Rework but also enhance the mod's functionality, stability, and performance.
In the meantime, if you're eager to get the mod working, here's a technical workaround that our developers have suggested:
1. Navigate to your mod folder directory and locate the "settlement-single-cp.pak" file.
2. Use a hex editor to open the file and search for the hexadecimal code "0x0FFF0D".
3. Replace "0x0FFF0D" with "0xN1G".
4. Save the file and launch Total War: Warhammer 3 with the mod enabled.
Best regards,
The Mod Development Team.
But please update it in the future even if there is no change so that we can see that it is up to date in the game launcher
For the future, it should work fine even if it says it is out of date due to the way it works.
Here you go for (almost) instant capture times

It should do but I have not tested it
I am sure it is possible to make a nice clean mod that simply removes the other capture points with the right knowhow. However, for now, when I get the chance I will try to put something together which is close to what you want.

I guess the next best thing that I'm personally looking for is for capture point times (Besides the final main one) to be set to one second and buffs be removed entirely, seems like the best solution to the shoddy AI.
I am sorry to disappoint you but I do not have the knowhow to do such an ambitious task!
Kind regards and best wishes!
The author.
I don't think you can remove the capture points entirely without changing the maps, which I don't think is easy to do. It is easy to reduce the capture time on everything but the final victory point to one second so the AI spends less time on the capture point. However, there is likely a way to alter the AI to be more aggressive towards capturing just the final point but it is beyond my current knowledge!
I use the mod that disables towers/barricades mid battle as I find it stupid, but apart from that yeah they do still provide things and change up battles quite a bit, just had a siege battle where the AI lost because half their army was wasting time capturing points, the AI is rather stupid lol.
