@☠Be'lakor☠ Pretty much, yes.
☠Be'lakor☠ 7. juli kl. 17:33
Hey, many months ago, i've been asking if you could add All Deamon/mortal RoR's missing in WoC from Doc/monogods into woc like this mod did https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2856630451

Today i see " RoR Update: after slaneesh dlc", does that mean you will add all missing mortal and deamon rors into woc? like the RoR soulgrinder only nurgle has? and sourgut pink horrors? would be awesome!
aidanpaidan 22. juni kl. 11:52
Got 20ish turns into a Be'lakor campaign, ready to mix in elite Daemons to reinforce my mortal units before realising he basically only gets basic Daemons and top shelf SEMs. This is a fantastic mod, thank you :D
Reaper415  [ophavsmand] 12. maj kl. 12:47
@Avaloth Oath Thanks! Glad you enjoy it. I'm waiting for the Slaanesh DLC to come out first, I've got a UI and upgrade tree overhaul planned which will give me space to put in the RoRs for all units. Currently BAGholder's mod has the UI increase, but I want this mod to remain standalone and not have any dependencies.
Avaloth Oath 12. maj kl. 10:05
Excellent looking forward to the next update :D! Your mod makes it a lot more fun
Reaper415  [ophavsmand] 12. maj kl. 9:27
@Avaloth Oath I'll keep that in mind and lower it in the next update. I was already planning to lower level requirements across the board because of RoRs.
Avaloth Oath 12. maj kl. 9:02
Just to clarify on the previous comment i am talking about these 2 chains

Any Chosen -> Aspiring Champions (lv9) -> Greater Daemons*
Chaos Spawns -> God-dedicated Spawns (lv 9) -> Soul Grinder/Warshrine*

I think it should be more like this:

Any Chosen -> Aspiring Champions (lv5) -> Greater Daemons*
Chaos Spawns -> God-dedicated Spawns (lv 5) -> Soul Grinder/Warshrine*
Avaloth Oath 12. maj kl. 8:45
Having played this for 2 campaigns now, i think the level requirements for the top tier units are too high and you can only get them when campaign fatigue kicks in. Would it not be better to lower the level requirements from Chaos spawns to something like aspiring champions? That ones you have the chaos warriors you can upgrade to aspiring champions. Or half the level requirements
NorscanWarlord 11. maj kl. 15:02
fair enough, thanks for the reply :)
Reaper415  [ophavsmand] 11. maj kl. 14:17
@NorscanWarlord Don't worry about it. It's in the description under the "Recommended mods" section:

"BAGholder's Warband Upgrade Ultimate to use my warband upgrades for other chaos races, and enable upgrades for every faction in the game."
NorscanWarlord 11. maj kl. 12:39
aye i understood that much, i was asking mostly because of the title, "Upgrades for Warriors of Chaos" those i mentioned are not WoC faction, so had to ask :P
Reaper415  [ophavsmand] 11. maj kl. 12:30
@NorscanWarlord Yes, but you also need BAGholder's Warband Upgrade Ultimate to enable warband upgrades for those factions.
NorscanWarlord 11. maj kl. 7:58
does mono god factions also get access to these expanded ones? lets say Skarbrand, arbaal, tamurkhan etc
Reaper415  [ophavsmand] 7. apr. kl. 8:08
@zverofaust because I like it that way. I wanted it to be something very powerful at the end of a long upgrade chain, so I went with RoR instead of regular. Although I'll change it in the future once I roll out the RoR update after the Slaanesh DLC, but there is no timeline on when yet.
zverofaust 7. apr. kl. 7:08
Why have Giants upgrade into the Bloodbrute Behemoth Ghorgon RoR instead of just a regular Ghorgon? Because it's a Beastmen unit?
lucianotrisini 28. mar. kl. 21:49
Thank you for your work man! awesome mod!
leonli1010 27. mar. kl. 10:58
Thank you so much!!!
Reaper415  [ophavsmand] 26. mar. kl. 19:27
Updated to 6.1

CA really dropped the ball on this one. Turns out, any uppercase letter in the pack file was causing a crash because the game can't read capital letters anymore.
secatal 26. mar. kl. 14:29
I've been using this mod for a long time and it's the best, but I can't use it. thank you very much Reaper415
leonli1010 26. mar. kl. 9:04
This is one of my favorite mods. Please fix it for the new update as I'm not able to launch the game with this mod enabled right now. Many thanks!
Zigg Price 21. jan. kl. 7:40
So far I am having a lot of fun. It's helping me build my themed armies, while also just experimenting with units that are otherwise kind of difficult to get. It's been a lot of fun. I can even twist the lore and narrative a bit to make enough sense that I can roll with it. Really great job.
Reaper415  [ophavsmand] 20. jan. kl. 21:55
@Zigg Price No worries, the confusion is understandable. Hope you enjoy it.,
Zigg Price 20. jan. kl. 17:25
Ah, that makes sense. Alright, sorry for the confusion, then. Just installed the mod so getting used to it, and it went into a campaign already in play. So i'm playing catch up. LoL
Reaper415  [ophavsmand] 20. jan. kl. 10:29
@Zigg Price That's the arrow from the base game that goes from Warriors to Chaos Knights. It goes "under" Wrathmongers. There was no other place in the UI so I had to put them there, and I don't want to touch vanilla arrows atm. I'll fix it when I expand the UI after the Slaanesh DLC comes out this year. So yeah, they'll have to become skullreapers first.

Like it says in the description, Chaos Warriors of Khorne (lv5) -> Skullreapers (lv5) -> Wrathmongers
Zigg Price 20. jan. kl. 10:09
For Khorne Warriors to go to Wrathmonger, do they have the become Skull Reaper FIRST? Just asking because I have a unit of Khorne halberds at level 5. I can go to Skull Reaper, but there is an arrow pointing to Wrathmonger, but it says that upgrade path is unavailable.

Or does it need to be base Khorne Warriors, and not Halberds/Dual Weapons?
Reaper415  [ophavsmand] 13. jan. kl. 20:45
@Danzy Fixed, thanks for pointing it out.
Danzy 13. jan. kl. 14:12
i can't seem to upgrade Screamers to flamers as it should, tested with just this mod running
Coffeebae69 8. jan. kl. 11:58
Riiight that makes sense, you're not wrong there!
Reaper415  [ophavsmand] 7. jan. kl. 9:37
@Coffeebae69 Design choice. heartseekers are better in every way, so instead of providing an upgrade path for exalted daemonettes -> seekers -> heartseekers I decided to omit them entirely and have them go straight to heartseekers.
Coffeebae69 7. jan. kl. 8:44
Hi! out of curiosity, why are normal Seekers of Slaanesh omitted?
Reaper415  [ophavsmand] 4. jan. kl. 3:11
@Lorcan Disable all other mods and try with only this mod active. If things are working, you'll see the new unit upgrades like in the screenshots (minus any units belonging to DLCs you haven't purchased).
Lorcan 3. jan. kl. 10:47
Doesn't work at all, sadly; mod is activated and I've tried two different WoC factions, but absolutely zero change. Very odd.
Reaper415  [ophavsmand] 27. dec. 2024 kl. 0:11
@Sin By default, only WoC have access to the warband mechanic. If you want to use the upgrades provided by this mod for monogods, use BAGholder's Warband Upgrade Ultimate (as linked in the recommended section above) along with my mod.
Sin 26. dec. 2024 kl. 22:06
Does this only work for "Warriors of Chaos" and not the Mono God Chaos races?
Reaper415  [ophavsmand] 21. dec. 2024 kl. 11:54
@leonli1010 I just tested it, and red line lord skills are affecting all units. Tested as Archaon, Be'lakor and Valkia, all three were able to buff all the new DLC units with their red line skills.
Reaper415  [ophavsmand] 21. dec. 2024 kl. 11:01
@^Triumph RoRs will be added once we get the Slaanesh DLC next year. I'll expand the UI screen and restructure unit icons accordingly, so waiting for CA to finish one complete DLC cycle for all four chaos races first.
^Triumph 21. dec. 2024 kl. 10:45
Been enjoying this mod for quite some time now! And I was wondering if the rest of the RoR units be added to the pool aswell? Thank you!
leonli1010 17. dec. 2024 kl. 6:07
Love this mod, thank you so much for making this, it is exactly what I was looking for! Can you make it so WoC lords also buff other chaos units, such as Wrathmongers? They currently do not.
Reaper415  [ophavsmand] 16. dec. 2024 kl. 21:45
@Kazmodeous Are you using BAGHolder's old Warband UI mod? Or Warband Upgrade Ultimate?
Kazmodeous 16. dec. 2024 kl. 9:30
when i try to upgrade one of my units (I'm playing Kholek right now) the UI for the upgrades is HUGE and I can't see a lot of the options. I swear there used to be a fix for this, but I haven't played in like 6 months, so I don't remember how.
Reaper415  [ophavsmand] 15. dec. 2024 kl. 22:24
@desp Did you buy the DLC? You won't get access to them without it.
desp 15. dec. 2024 kl. 22:08
I don't have any new units
Guvenoren 15. dec. 2024 kl. 17:11
Hope this reduces ai forsaken and spawn spam.
Reaper415  [ophavsmand] 12. dec. 2024 kl. 11:28
Updated to 6.0

New upgrades:

Chaos Trolls (Lv3) -> Khorngors
Spawn of Khorne (lv5) -> Bloodbeast
Spawn of Khorne (lv8) -> Slaughterbrute
Chaos Warriors of Khorne (lv5) -> Skullreapers (lv5) -> Wrathmongers

If any level requirements seem too high or too low, please let me know. Feedback is always welcome.
Kamis[Fhtagn] 5. dec. 2024 kl. 12:59
nice mod, works great for me
Commander359 3. dec. 2024 kl. 0:37
Hey, just wanted to make some suggestions here for a more lore-friendly setup for these upgrades in the nurgle roster.

1. Change the plague-toads from changing into toad dragons to becoming pox-rider mounts.

2. allow plague-bearers to evolve into exalted plague-bearers and then into either Great Unclean Ones or Soul Grinders of nurgle (we know nurgle will often reward lesser daemons by allowing them to enter the garden of nurgle in exchange for greater daemon units ).

Alternatively, you could allow nurgling units to evolve into great unclean ones at lvl 10 (seems a bit OP, but it would be lore accurate since great unclean ones like Ku-gath freely admit to having once been nurglings).

3. Add beasts of nurgle as a base, then allow it to upgrade to rot-flies, then to plague-drones (lore wise, plague flies spawn from old beasts of nurgle).
Reaper415  [ophavsmand] 15. nov. 2024 kl. 22:56
@Doggias No worries, what I'm guessing happened is that the legacy warband mod does not have the tech additions that BAG had to add to work around the tech bypass fail. Previously, if the faction was missing a tech to upgrade something, the game would just bypass the requirement but CA changed that in 3.0. So the non-WoC faction techs had to be edited to allow the upgrades, and I'm guessing since legacy hasn't been updated in years it does not have that.

I think you can edit the UI yourself, BAG's modpage should have a guide on how to do that (or you can ask him directly in our discord). Alternatively, you can just import the tech edits (and other update features) yourself from the main WUU mod to your local copy of the legacy mod via RPFM.
Doggias 15. nov. 2024 kl. 20:46
After troubleshooting, it appears the legacy WUU I'm forced to use for UI breaks this line or fails to include marked units and minor daemons because they are quite visible in the panel and switching to Ultimate fixes this but adds 3-4 inches of blank space for me to psychically project my incel rage towards BAGholder. My apologies for wasting your time with this.
Reaper415  [ophavsmand] 12. nov. 2024 kl. 23:45
@Doggias Just tested N'kari, you can upgrade Chaos Warriors to Chosen after researching the "aberrant promiscuity" tech and having the warriors be at least rank 7. This was tested with only this mod, WUU and the console command mod active, so if you're missing the upgrade option or tech for any reason, it might be a mod conflict.

Are you seeing Chosen as an upgrade option in the screen or are they missing entirely? Also, what other warband related mods are you using (if any) aside from the two I mentioned above?
Doggias 12. nov. 2024 kl. 16:16
Sorry for the state in which I posted that--if they actually are supposed to upgrade, I'm playing N'Kari
