He doesn't have an unique trait but just roll the common/VC trait pool so isn't directly affected. But for the case he have the VC's trait, it is ok to say he will get the bonus.

is there any bonuses to the red dukes legendary lord traits?

Some of the bonuses do apply like the artilary ones but the Sartosa pirate dose not.

If I can make a bit of a sugestion/requesst take a look at Nanu's Pirates of Sartosa Overhaul mod and see if the bunuses that you gave Aranesa could work for them as well. Still a great mod and thx for your hard work on it.

Yeah, I think unmounted Vampire characters should have at least 45 speed. My new bloodline mod provides speed+20% bonus for unmounted characters. How about try it?
