would love to see this one updated! really enjoyed this mod previously spiced up ikits and skaven campaigns in general by making you fight elves a rare enemy for the rats to run into

Made some small changes

Oak of ages went from a tier 3 to 5 city, and making it a bit weaker

added garrisons to most of the landmarks
