This is from error magnifier
There's an error when equipping stone or empty bottle (glass), also error occurs when the throwables landed on ground. Take note that I have jigga's green fire mod, brita's armor pack and weapon condition indicator. This errors happened on multiplayer. I haven't tried all the throwables though but empty beer can works fine without error occuring when equipping and thrown.
Maybe include ability to to throw another if player has more in inventory if it doesnt already exist.

I find specially funny to use thowables on the early game, to help you survive on crowded cities.
But you might ended up using a bin bag or similars on your offhand (specially with mods like inventory tetris). So i feel its a shame not to be able to one-hand throwables, insted of having to unequip whatever you are holding.
It might be reasons for that not to be posible, but i dont feel you should "2hand" a mug or a brick to be able to throw it.
In any case, thanks for your mods, wich makes the game much more enjoyable.
Why not make it so that the item is not made "throwable" and immediately you can press "throw", the item will be in your hand and it can be thrown.
This would get rid of the translation problem.
(if you cancel the action, the item will simply return to the inventory without becoming "throwable"). (eng)
Почему бы не сделать так, что-бы предмет не делался "метательным" а сразу можно было нажать "метнуть", предмет окажется в руке и его можно бросить.
Это избавит от проблемы с переводом.
(если отменить действие, то предмет просто вернётся в инвентарь не становясь "метательным")
