It's a bucket that was used for survivors to take a shit in, It was the same texture look on the old one before valve decided to remove the model for unknown reasons, But the texture on the shit is higher res, Kinda looks like they used a can of dog food for the texture lol , It you go on the original Mod the model texture looks different to this, But it is still a " SHIT " loads sharper looking

The solution to fix this not working is to extract the .VPK file from the workshop once it is downloaded, Unsub, Then copy these 2 folders into the left 4 dead 2 main game directory something like this - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\left4dead2\lead4dead2\ , I have tested this a few times, Including restarting the game, If you have issues when futher adding mods, Simply reverify game files and copy them 2 folders again .
