Would you allow me to use this and edit it for my WW2 TDM? I am planning to add a class and wallet draw to it, nothing much. I am not planning on taking any credit for it either.

very nice but i would like to use it for a game mode i was going to make called "Hunted" where its a 1v5 hide and seek like game mode

Yeah I don't know what happened with the camera and tool gun icons. However, I tried to make the black outline work, but Garry's Mod doesn't render black for some reason. That should be reported and fixed.

Finally a nice hud! I really like the addition of weapon icons from the show menu. Only a small problem, there aren't any icons for the camera and tool gun. Also a minor request, could you make the text on the hud stroked with a black outline so it's easier to read in bright areas of a map?
