do we need to use fast and famous mod to use this skin, i installed mod on my server and activated mod client side but i dont see the skin at all

The Cole Trickle car is in The Fast and The Famous mod. This is the Ken Block Mustang mod.

It's for the Rocket RX which you can get from the Tournament Store. Do the Tournament Daily Races to earn the points to buy it.

What car is the skin for? I can't find anything added to the Rocket.

Damn good job. I thought of making one but never did it. Thanks. I know what it takes to create a real good skin. It's not just moving things around on a computer. You have to know where everything goes. That's why I did the wireframes for skinners that F-Bomb posted.

You will be surprised just how much editing goes on. That pattern wasn't transparent at all in the right places so had to be edited, then there's editing for the transparent logos and stickers. Then there's the damaged skin file to make and edit, trying to get the scratches and damage to look right. Then there is the .s file to edit so there is no shine on the pattern but there IS shininess in between the pattern and shiny sponsor stickers. By your comment, you obviously have no idea of what you are going on about.

If i'm getting this right... the mods load in from top to bottom so the bottom overwrites the top.

I can do skins easy and change AI names and change the advertising bill boards, but at the moment I don't know how to change parameters of all that other stuff. I'm learning still, but I like to perfect one thing before moving on to the next. I have started playing with other files, I can change AI names now, actual game parameters are next for me to learn. I myself would like all my mods to work online too. I'll get there.

If you can follow folder pathways, you could always go old school and copy the data folder from my mod and paste and merge to the data folder in your game files, that's how I go online with all my skins, re-brand, and my own AI names. The AI use my skins online and in the tournament races, and they use my AI names. Using mods online is easier than people think, but only for skins, the game will recognise added files but not replaced files.
