Probably something in Patch 6.2? I haven't gotten around to updating all of my mods for the newest patch, but when I get a spare moment I'll check to see if there are any major issues (and update them for it)

Ahh that's a tricky one; when I get a second to update this for 6.2 I'll check that out as well, thanks for the error message! (those do actually help for debugging)

Playing Empire and this make crash in turn 24. It can be some corner case as I played VC campaign with no error.

Hello playing the chaos dwarf with your mod I found this error in the log, I will cut it in parts so you can hopefully see if it can help:

ERROR - SCRIPT HAS FAILED - event callback was called after receiving event [RitualCompletedEvent] but the script failed with this error message:

Updated for baseline 6.1 - no obvious changes were needed after some testing; mainly forcing the Mod Manager to change from the warning icon to the green checkmark icon instead

Is it possible to make lite version of this mod that would only remove Queen's Bess limit cap with 1 turn cooldown?

@warhound. That's funny I subscribed to this mod specifically for Queen Bess. Fist time V Coast player and all the rites are underwhelming, to the point of almost useless. But the Queen Bess rite does not work as it describes, which is in my opinion a bug. This mod is fixes what I consider to be a bug for Queen Bess distribution.

been enjoying this mod for a long time now, appreciate your work man. one question - if it isn't too much of a hassle, would it be possible to throw up a version identical to this one but removing the unlimited queen bess element?

For the 1 Treasure Map mission for the "Curse of the Sea Mist" rite unlock; I just tested it with Aranessa/Sartosa and it should be possible to just fulfill the requirements on turn 1 (you start with a quest to dig at Luccini right off the bat, which meets the requirements)

I haven't checked the other Legendary Lords, but I think they also should have a similarly easy to access 1st treasure map nearby

Yeah I can't figure this out to save my life. If you ever get the chance, I'd love to see the 1 Treasure Map requirement removed from the Sea Mist rite, maybe just have it unlocked by default with a cooldown or swap it with something more manageable. If this is possible.

I've been trying to edit it myself but with no luck. I can't get Treasure maps to work, so I wanted to change or remove the requirement for Sea Mist so it doesn't need to find a treasure map.

@Norym aye since it starts at rank 0 now, it'll miss out on unit rank/veterancy bonuses until it works it's way up back to 9 once more

In practice though, they're still about the same /w regard to accuracy, albeit one with more damage from the unit rank bonuses

queen bess accuracy is balanced around a rank 9 veterancy already unlocked, does this mean now that its level 1, leveling it up to 9 again will give it even more accuracy bonuses?

@Skibidirizzler It should also work for the AI, and they also have unlimited access (although in practice, they never last that long since they frequently get wiped out)

@FunnyFruit Definitely not intentional! Looks like I forgot to reset it after testing :meatytears: Should be fixed now as of latest updated (back to the default 25 turn cooldown)

Hi I love the concept of the mod buffing Vcoast rites, though I wonder if it's intentional that the rite for Queen Bess's cooldown is reduced to 1 turn, meaning that you can get Queen Bess for 1000 every 4 turns. This makes Vcoast factions able to horde Queen Bess within a short period of gameplay. I would suggest adjusting the cooldown to 10 turns or longer to prevent the hording. Thanks a lot for the mod.

After, I just tried unsubbing and resubbing, but it didn't work. Maybe it's a mod conflict on my end although I did try again after deactivating the ones that affect VC, like secrets of nagash or better sartosa and it still didn't go through. Also this mod still shows it's outdated in the mod manager menu for me

Had to troubleshoot some mods for the new update, and I couldn't make it past the loading screen for the new empire lord until I disabled this one

TBH I just use this for the ability to have more than one Queen Bess. Blows my mind that vanilla total war lets you only have one per faction.

Updated for 4.0 - no changes, just making warning icon go away (note: went through some super not-good life events, trying to get back to normal by updating these mods, hence the delay)

Did a preliminary check, and no major issues were detected, although I did not pick up the Shadows of Change DLC so I can't really confirm if things are working as intended there
