It is a shame that I haven't been able to found a beta style script for the smoker to make him function like he did with the faster pull and poison cloud. Cause this would work well with the skin

Its cool man and sorry to bother you with this (I always feel bad for asking people bout this lol) I'll also try using the original mod ontop of this one to see if it works, also to give more help I also checked on a l4d2 campaign and the l4d2 smoker looks fine and not screwed up

it might also affect me too, but it only seens to be working with me due to the fact that i am using the addon by the original author, wich replaces the model of the L4D2, so uh yeah i'll work on it tomorrow, don't worry about it

Was going to say like you mentioned in one of my screenshots, it seems to be using the base l4d2 smoker skin which it also did with that modded skin for some reason. It must be a really specific issue that only affects me.

it's how i said in my comment, even if the game doesn't say that there are addons conflicting, they still can conflict.

try disabling this addon that you're using. and see if anything happens

Just checked my game's file integrity and checked any mods that possibly could conflict even without telling me, its still bugged for me I guess sadly

addons can still conflict even if the addons manager doesn't show any addons with red names;

the only alteration i did with the files of the original addon was adding "_l4d1" in the name to make it replace the texture files added in TLS update, i don't know what could be possibly causing this

i checked the textures here on my end and i did not find anything wrong with them.

None at all, to give an idea of what "might" be wrong with it, it seems the concept styled textures are somehow mixed in with either the default l4d1 or l4d2 smoker textures as the model itself looks fine

have you checked if you aren't using any conflicting add-ons with this one?

Also something very annoying to report, the textures for this skin seem to just break when I try using it?

i have plans of making the beta-style boomer addon from the same author as this addon work on l4d1 campaigns, although when i'm not entirely sure, since i'm busy with school for now. but expect 1 or 2 addons like this coming in the next weeks
