I use this! I essentially just cut the head I want a part from (for example, Tenzan's head) to a guide (for example, the eyes) - so I can use parts from the base heads to make a new head. This Jumbo one was, iirc, Tenzan's mouth, Ibushi's eyes and maybe his eyebrows too on Goto's head. The Group 1/Group 2 thing is because some of the sprites between the two sets don't line up properly with each other, but every Group 1 head matches up with every other Group 1 head and the same for Group 2. Feel free to ask if you've got any more questions, it's quite straightforward when you get into doing it but it's kind of difficult to explain.
