Hey, loving this so far. Two quick items:

1.The Faceless' portrait on the bottom left is replaced by that of the Lord. This seems to happen with all your other mods containing the Faceless when used in skirmish. Is this an issue you are aware of - or is it a unique issue in my case?

2. Given that the scouting skill is fairly weak as embed skill, could you consider replacing it with the mobility skill for the Faceless?

By the way, you still haven't answered whether you would consider releasing your legendary characters as standalone apart from the units that go with them! ;)

Why not tie their recruitment to the Bretonnia Public Order buildings?

That was not intended, sorry. I must have mixed up things when I was updating the mod.

To fix it, I have disabled the ability to recruit brigand units or use them in custom battles. I have left in the brigand information in the mod files, so that way your game won't crash if you have played since the last update. However, this means that if a faction has recruited brigands they will still have them in their army, but will be unable to recruit more.

@maffers - Thanks for the update, just one thing I noticed, I don't know if it is intentional, but brigand units are added (crossbowmen, axemen, raiders...). I think it makes this version kind of the same as the other with all brigand units. Is that the intent?

Im going through and adding like 1-2 mods at a time until I get the same crash happening, will let you know what mod's causing problems to see if it can be fixed if you feel like making it compatible (which I had no issues using this mod with all my other mods before this patch)

I tested the mod again to make sure it was working and it worked fine fore me. Sometimes steam messes up the update process. You could try unsubbing from the mod and then opening the game's mod manager to make sure it is deleted, then re-sub to the mod.

not sure if the mod actually updated, updated properly, or if steam workshop's being its usual buggy af self as usual, this is the only mod that makes me crash on launch

Which unit skill/technology do the Herrimaults benefit from?

And is this compatible with Lily’s Bretonnian Overhaul?

@The Vindicator Brigand units could be fielded by Bretonnia in earlier version WH:FB. Lorewise, brigands could attack basically anyone including peasants or knights, but herrimaults focus on doing good deeds. Herrimaults might fight a corrupt Bretonnian Lord one day, and then fight for a different more just Lord the next against orcs that have been attacking the local peasants. So it could really go either way.

Tbh i feel like herrimaults should be apart of some rebel force AGAINST the brettonians, because lorewise they are literally outlaws that the nobles are fighting against.

As an Alberic player who enjoys the concept of him never truly completing his grail quest and stomping down on peasantry with especially high disdain, I love the idea of using brigands. Would love a complete transfer of the original mod. =D
