Absolutely LOVE this MOD it has been a staple in my playthroughs since first discovering it shortly after its release, it has done nothing but get better, this MOD Dev rocks! Is there any chance to see this compatible with MODs such as TEB, Curse Nognchang, Nagash, OVN, etc. ? Not asking, I am just wondering if that's in the plans. Thats a bunch of work.

Holy fuckin shit this is awesome! If I can be so bold to ask, is there a world where you make the same thing but instead of adding skills for this list of mods, you make them all compatible with some kind of extra levels and skill points per level?

Nope, it's still there. I'm assuming you're using other mods that add skills and another skill is overlapping with the CQE one. (There should be some skills between the 'Stand Your Ground!' and 'Markman' ones if you do).
There's only a finite number of slots per skill row on which we can add skills and it is unfortunately the case sometimes that mods overlap.

hello i love the mod, is there a version where its only 1 skill point in a skill or a max of 3 points each? i might be misremembering though.

Updated(-ish) for Thrones of Decay.
NOTE: due to a previous bug that CA has now fixed(-ish) the skills would not appear anymore, only 2 out of the 8 would. The only way to fix this on my side was moving the skills to a different tier, but this means resetting the skills in campaigns that are in progress. There's no working around it, sorry about that.

It works. But unfortunately the AI isn't known for taking smart decisions when allocating points, so it can be quite random.

Ok, I think it should be fixed now.
I had to add some extra data for it to work, and hopefully it's temporary and CA fixes it. I find it odd they added the Mentor universal skill but they didn't add proper modding for universal skills.

For now, please let me know if you encounter any issues.

Ok peeps, so CA went and messed with the database tables. This adds even more fuel to their dumpster fire, but oh well.
This means that I have to go and update the mod for over 2000 lords / heroes (yup, that's how many are in here). Luckily spreadsheets exist so I should have it complete over the next few days.

Technically, there were more skills initially, with different names,and in order to not clutter the skill table I merged some of them and changed the names. This means that some bonuses/penalties are a up for interpretation.

In my mind, knowing an army is led by a disciplinarian makes the enemy army waver because they know they are fighting against a force well trained by their leader.
Whilst renown means that the troops are familiar with the feats of their leader and are more likely to trust in their judgement and stick around, thus having an increase in morale.

Your thinking is also ok. Interesting how the same thing can be explained in opposite ways and make sense :D

Not entirely sure if anyone has ever asked, or pointed it out, with as much as I've used this mod, but is there any particular reason as to why "Disciplinarian" reduces enemy leadership, whereas "Renown" increases yours? Not a massively fundamental change, just more of a "Hey wait a minute" moment. In my head, I envision the concept that these units are "trained better", and on the other hand, Renown reducing the enemy leadership under the thought of something like, "Oh, (x) is in this area? If they are here, this must be some serious business, maybe we should turn around." I adore this mod, easily one of my favorites. As someone who did a little bit of programming, I'm aware that sometimes, things just CAN'T work in a specific way. So I'm just curious if it was done that way on purpose due to some horrendous spaghetti, or if the concepts in my head is completely different from yours.
