Would you by any chance know if this mod can cause level visual bug where characters show up as over level 50 once they hit level 50? For instance, Karl Franz became level 63 when he should've been level 50.

Yes, I just tried it and problem still persists I even took screenshots. I can send them to you if you want. Especially with Slaanesh, your first cultist hero Il'ain levels up from 1 to 63 after making a cult. If I get another cultist spawned from the cult (Vraneth was the name this time, but I guess name changes with rng) he spawns without any traits or skills and is absolutely useless.

They weren't going from 50 to 63.I wrote it wrong. They were level 49 and instead of getting level 50 it gave them level 63. I didnt have any other version of this mod just classic skill dump without anything else. Only other mod I use is for auto-resolve quest battles and nothing else. This empty hero bug I encountered was from spawning slaaneshi cultist from cult building. I tried restarting campaign 3 times and it happened everytime and I believe hero was different everytime as it was spawned randomly.

The mod seems to broke for me. Worked good until The Shadows of Change patch. Characters are reaching level 63 instead of 50. Some spawned hero characters do not have any traits or skills and are outright unusable. If I establish cult with my Slaanesh hero at the start of the campaign (turn1) it jump levels it from 1 to 63 without any skill points. I don't use any other mods. Is this a known bug/issue?

I'm still unsure of the whole changes I did since I can't test much right now, so please let me know if you experience any issues. We might end up with another CA update to fix an issue they caused with skill adding mods and it breaks again, but who knows.

Haha, I had Trajans mods individually requested. I just released an update with 2 months worth of requests,,so I guess most of them, if not all are already in.
Funnily enough as I was adding them 1 by 1 I was really thinking why Trajan doesn't just make a compilation. Whelp, ask and receive I guess

Oh, just recruited The Charred Judge and saw he has the skill. Looks like you got a few already! Khorgoth the Unleashed is still missing it though. I'll try to find the other missing it, having some problems with recruiting them atm to give a nice clean list.
