Its interesting, I wouldn't make the baby slimes pop off the big slime but have them float around it.

Also, remove the yellow version, nothing about the color yellow matches the liquid/slimey feel of this effect. Green, and Pink, and that is it.

I'd almost say make a version with just the big slime and one without the big slime as well.
