I'd love to have recruitment of Knights Panther restricted to their chapterhouse in Middenland Province only. How about that? Makes them feel even more special and loreful :)

Great mod but it doesn't seem like red line skills affect these units, like speed of horse, taste for battle. Any chance for a fix?

I like your mod but I feel they may need a slight tweak or rework to be more like the Knight Roses then Rikesguard. Maybe a companion to Knight Roses but have slightly less armor and defense, but slightly higher melee and charge bonus. Making them a good in between Knight Roses and Rikesguard.

I feel that the panther knights are underperforming compared to black rose knights, perhaps adding some effects like unbreakable or maybe bonus vs large, or armor pierceing could make them more viable?

Hey there. Could you please add the " Hide" trait for the Knights Panther? Most other units (for example Reiksguard and your own Knights of the white wolf) have it. It's not a big deal. Just for uniformity, cause it is such a standard skill and sometimes it comes into play, when you want to avoid artillery.

@Necrorise Knight Panthers had three WHFB rulesets, in the first rendition it's the 4th edition Empire army book, they were no different from Reiksguard and Blazing Suns in both stats and gears. In the second, Citadel Journal Issue #43, the Empire Crusader Army list by Andy Hall, the Knights Panthers have the Arabian War-horse special rule, giving them bonus range when charging. The third was in White Dwarf #310, the Knights Panthers have the Wealthy advantage, essentially allowing for more of their units be upgraded to Inner Circle Knights.

@Natty Dread, First, his speed is due to his role on the battlefield. their task is to hold back the enemy in a long fight, and not to charge at full gallop to the rear. Their speed is based on similar units of Bretonnia.

Secondly, the lore does not say anything about any special horses or some peculiarity in their movement speed. They are called panthers only because of the skins of panthers that they obtained in the campaigns of Arabia.

Thirdly, they don't have spears because I don't want to create another Reiksguard clone. The empire already has too many similar units in terms of functions and use in battle.

Meh...why are your Knights Panther slower (75 speed) than regular Empire Knights (78 speed)?

That's just the thing about the Knights Panther that they're supposed to be faster than any other knightly order within the empire.
Speed should be at least +5 compared to the other orders.

@agnes69. If we talk about knightly orders, so far the order of implementation is as follows: knights of Morr, white wolves, bulls of Ostland. But at the moment, knightly orders are not a priority.
