Yes it is lite version. The lite version's bloodline awaken bonuses are stronger than normal version, but normal version buffs not only awaken bonuses, each bloodline lord's unique skills a lot too.

Heyo,
Maybe im just blind or a missing something, but to me and a friend it looks like that the "lite" version is not "lite". Rather "Buffed" and stronger then the original.
