Love this mod! I really needed some knights on foot and this is perfect. One suggestion though. I think the hermit knights should have the blessing of the lady by default, since they are, after all, grail knights. I hope to see it updated someday if you have time! Thanks again for this wonderful mod!

Hi! very nice mod! However, it seems to be uncompatible with mods that changes unit size values. Is it possible for me to change manually those values? Thx for your answer!

Unfortunately, this mod causes an error while launching the game ( "causes a crash to the database" ), any clue about this, as it's not the only unit mod that get this error ?

Thank you for updating. It says Hermit Knights and Dismounted Knights causes Fear though, not having the Knight attribute? Is this correct?

Finally updated the mod, sorry for the long delay. All units have their proper peasant and knight attributes, and I fixed the missing helmets issue with the hermit knights.

A few changes for units I thought of:

Longbowmen: Being another version of men-at-arms, they should also have the same trademark poor leadership and peasant/the peasant's duty attribute. Their cost should be adjusted to match their performance, leaving their characteristics:
Good Range
Decent Melee Combatant
Poor Leadership
Abilities: Hide (Forest), The Peasant's Duty

Dismounted Knights: I believe there should be two variants of the Dismounted Knights, with the standard sword and shield variant having ranged defense and a bonus vs infantry. The other variant is the Dismounted Knights (Halberds), trading effectiveness against infantry for power against large opponents, with a charge defense vs large and charge reflection.

Dismounted Knights Abilities: Hide (Forest), Knight
Dismounted Knights (Halberds) Abilities: Charge Defense vs. Large, Hide (Forest), Charge Reflection, Knight
Hermit Knights Abilities: Charge Defense vs. Large, Hide (Forest), Icon of Devotion, Knight

Your units are missing a lot of passives. For instance, all of your units seem to be missing the ability to hide in the woords, and Hermit Knights are missing like 5 passives (check and compare with mounted Grail Knights).

Sorry, I tried putting higher video settings (texture filtering) and now it worked for some reason. Seems like with low video settings it won't work. The loading screen would come to 100%, then the battle starts but u can only hear the battle preparation music but I could only see the loading screen stopped at 100%. So putting higher video resolution fixes it. I was in unit detail medium and texture medium and texture filtering TRILINEAR, that way it didn't work.

The battles won't start at all for you? Are you sure it's not another mod causing that? This one is pretty simple, it shouldn't be causing any crashes. Skirmish battles are still working for me.

We should have a new unit: Dismounted Knights (Halberd). While equally disliking fighting on foot, they find necessity to do so, though they also realize the need for polearms. These formidable halberdiers retain the powerful armor and trade sword and shield for effectiveness against large foes.

haven't used this mod yet as of this comment but wanted to make one initial observation. The longbowmen should have better range then standard bows. Historically shorter bows were used because they are easier to hunt with or shoot from horseback. Longbows were exclusively a weapon of war. They could kill at such ranges that they were actually used as early ship to ship weapons, firing volleys to kill deckcrew.

I like the unit choices made here! One small suggestion - add unit records links for these units in the unit set to unit junctions so they benefit from the rank 7 skill tree bonuses :D
