I've been waiting for a "circling (autumn) leaves" Unusual effect ever since the Autumn MK.II warpaint came out.

Getting this effect on a Head Hedge hat for Soldier would be the culmination of my orange autumn-themed Soldier loadout.
So I hope this effect will be picked up for Halloween so there is a chance it can be unboxed on older hats, too, and won't be limited to a single cosmetic case edition -- as Valve has inexplicably done with so many Unusual effect and cosmetic cases for years now, with cases often not even containing a hat for specific classes (like Medic, or Heavy).
