It looks good on its own merit, but I'd like to see what cosmetic sets this can mesh well with.

this looks incredible. This is more deserving of being year round but i understand why keeping it restricted is the best course of action.

I never understand this critique, insisting on some of the more milder items made for Halloween being holiday-restricted. While that's a decision totally up to Valve, doesn't making certain items that could easily be used all-year 'round and not break the experience end up totally killing their versatility for people when it's only accessible during full moons or one month of the year?

There're some zany items that best fit being holiday-restricted, yes, but I don't feel like this is one of them; hell, there're a lot of cosmetics from past Scream Forts that would honestly be great as all-year cosmetics, and them being holiday-restricted really kills any opportunities for regular loadouts they'd provide.

I concur with ZincWolf on this one. Works well as a seasonal cosmetic.
