The model here looks too flat/shaped, it looks like an LOD2/3 more than an LOD1. Try rounding it out more if you can. The eyes pointed downward look pretty odd, it almost looks like the mask was melted a little (which definitely fits the theme of Pyro, but it still looks odd to me). Try making the visor less pointed to hopefully give you spare tris to fix the shape of the helmet. I still think this is a really cool concept that could be done more efficiently.
